Not very helpful. A bit like pulling teeth. The employee did little to go out of his way to assist- so much so that I wont be back in this location and will drive a bit further to another store for assistance.

So I was beyond impressed with the service I got from George . The minute I walked in he approached me and helped me right away . He was very fast and efficient with starting up a new line and doing a transfer of my old number from another service provider. He was so smooth and very helpful . Friendly and by far the best I have seen in a long time. Mind you I spent 20 min at the Corte Madera prior to conking to this location . It was awful I don’t get helped till 20 min later . None the less George was beyond amazing with his customer support. He also was so emasculate at putting my protector on . I have nothing but good Woods’s for George. Good job hiring someone that actually does their job and beyond ! Thank you George for making this process so much more easier!

Employees are super helpful, hardworking, extremely knowledgeable, wonderful people! But store is understaffed and employees are not treated well! Also very, very limited inventory! So sad to see hardworking people put through so much more stress because the company isnt doing its part! The store is terrible but the employees they have left are top notch!
