I went Thursday afternoon because I dropped something on my foot/toe and thought I fractured it at least. The office staff were super helpful and friendly while helping me solve what I did to my foot. X-rays were taken and the physician on duty thought it was going to be a fracture but she said she couldn’t see anything but it would be sent off to radiologist to analyze. I was told to go e them 24hrs. Sunday comes and still haven’t heard anything, so I called the office to only be told it hadn’t been sent back yet and the radiologist don’t work on the weekend. Today (Monday) I called at 1:30pm to see if they got the results yet and they had but couldn’t tell me Over the phone till the physician on duty looks it over to make notes and that they would let the physician know and call me right back. It’s now 3:30 and no call so I called again to be told that I have a minor bone spur in my heel… well that’s good to know but I went in for my toe/foot not my heel. I hacen once again been told that they would call me back after taking to the current physician on duty that I didn’t come in for my heel, but came in for my toe/foot (which working in the medical field makes me mad that the physician obviously didn’t take the time to look over why the X-ray was taken. Right now I don’t see my family ever going to this urgent care again or recommending it with the lack of patient care I’ve received. *Update* today (2 days after the issue) I received a follow up phone call today with poor excuses and reasoning for the actions that took place. The man on the phone kept trying to explain the girls have worked hard because of Covid, they’ve experienced high turn overs and training new people. I’m sorry being from the medical field those aren’t apologies for poor patient care, every medical field is feeling the same as the excuses this man gave me and I’ve never experienced the lack of patient care like I did from here from other places.

Family First is our go to urgent care! We love the staff so much,especially Tara Narvaiz, That I prefer bringing my kids to them over their own pediatrician. They treat my kids with such patience and kindness, and go above and beyond for us! They even text and call to check on them when we get home! Best urgent care in the area hands down!
