Changed policy after purchasing tickets months ahead of time, and they get to change the policy 3 days before event and no refund (criminals). Apparently testing negative is not as good as having a card but still able to test positive, makes sense for the world we live in now.

The Flynn brings in some good talent to the area, but I was very disappointed in the seating. It is a smaller theatre so most of the seats offer a great view of the stage...until everyone sits in their seat. Even an average height patron sitting in front of me would block a portion of the stage. And when they turned their head to talk to their friend during the show, their side profile would block almost the whole stage. It left me squirming in my chair to get an unobstructed view of the stage (which I'm sure caused view issues for the patron behind me as well!). I'm not sure if I want to revisit this theatre again with an expensive show ticket for the pleasure of being frustrated for two hours trying to bob and weave to watch a show.

Outrageous COVID policy. Changed policy after purchasing tickets, they are no longer accepting a negative PCR test within 72 hours as the receipt states, now you must be triple vaxed for entry. I was notified 3 days prior to the event and no refund available ($600 for the family). If safety of the attendees and staff was really a concern as the policy states, then an audience that can prove they do not have COVID would be a lot safer than an audience that has been vaccinated and may or may not still be transmitting COVID-19. I have seen many shows at the Flynn over the years but will not be supporting this venue in the future.

The COVID-19 policy is outrageous. I completely understand having to be up to date on vaccination OR needing to wear a mask. However both is a little extreme. Not to mention the fact not everyone can receive the booster and most do not have $300 for a covid test! As for the free covid tests they take 72hrs for return not 48hrs. Fix your polices Flynn…
