The 5 star reviews here are fake posted by this company to keep their rating up..Lois drive gallery and mill work supply is a bunch of people sitting around on their phones, that don’t even greet you! Go ahead Ed Waite walk through your own doors in disguise and see how it feels. It feels like a mistake to be there immediately. It took me 3 days just to find out the price of a single door. No joke.This place is outdated, Its not the customers job to teach your sales staff how to call people back and have some integrity as a representative for your business,you need to retrain or rehire , I’m going to LOWES, for the same product with a price tag on it for 3x less.

You’re better off using one of the big box stores. Purchased a fan hood from SBS. Installers determined the control board was defective. Notified the salesperson who was happy to get a warranty claim started - two months ago. After regular requests for updates, I learn that he didn’t bother to check if the claim was actually submitted. Another two weeks go by. I ask for an update to learn he’s now out of the office until mid-September. I reach out to the store manager who says he’s “making phone calls.” Another week goes by. I ask for an update. And nothing… They will gladly take your money. But good luck getting anything resembling customer service when something goes awry. I used to think highly of the company. Not anymore and am posting this as a warning to others.

I was sent here by the staff at Lowe’s and not having been here before, this store is great! Very helpful service and provided exactly what I needed at a lower price and friendly service. I will shop here first before going to big box stores and support local when I can. Glad I was sent here!
