I have read some of the bad reviews, lol! They can't control the water. As far as rules and the eletronics, one person is an electronics guy and dosen't travel with a firestick or anything to to plug into a existing Hdmi? This isn't the holiday inn. These condos cost $2,700,000 and up. Go buy your own land, own electronics invite everyone on the Gulf and then you can do anything you want, otherwise go to the Best Western, 6 miles away with the other 89% of the population!

My family just spent four days at this property. Awesome place, very clean and the beach...WOW! While we were on site there was some unexpected emergency construction going on in the building and it was causing some noise issues. Due to that Jon Dindo and Guisella Lopez had to deal with some not so pleasant issues. We were very happy with the way in which they handled this very tough situation. Due to their high level of service I know we will be back! This place is really a perfect ten! BTW - Shelly at the bar was one of the nicest people we have ever met and busted her butt every day.

This place is amazing. The only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because some of the electronic amenities in the room are dated. Keep in mind I'm a techie and prefer the latest technology in rooms so take my lack of the extra star with a grain of salt. Most will give this place 5 stars. The kitchen is well equipped with high end wolf range, Nespresso, and breville toaster. We went the week after Christmas and as soon as we got home we booked it again for the same week in 2022. Outstanding customer service, super clean resort, private beach access, food is catered in by a local vendor. When you don't want to go to the beach hang out by the pool, hot tub or fire pit. The food is great even though it's not cooked there. We cooked many evenings by walking to the local fish market and getting food. There is a grocery store it's a bit pricey given the location, but Publix is a short drive If you can fly into Sarasota, it's about a 15 minutes drive.

It was a wonderful stay. Note super close to Siesta Key night life but close enough to hang out. Right off the beach was fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. My room was super clean and nice.
