No, absolutely not. You can reserve through the website like a regular hotel. Owners also list on Home Away and AirBNB. The property is spectacular. Small, not crowded, and the rooms are 1-3 million dollar high end condos, but serviced and decorated by Hyatt. I've stayed 8 times. If you are lucky with the weather it can be by far the best beach in the US, great for small children because there are usually no waves. The water is crystal clear on a good day, shallow for a good distance, there is a sand bar out further that is again shallow, getting there is a difficult swim though. The sand is 99.9% quartz, so soft, white, fine powder that does not get hot. Most beaches the sand is made of crushed shells.
