I've contacted them many times in 4 months bill & John Paul. always had a lot to say but neither ever followed through with any promises false hope broken promises no one can ever verify what they can help with it's mostly what they don't do or promise to do and never follow up with, never return call back games

They're well-organized is clean they have a lot of food to give provided you can tote it all helpful volunteers I usually don't have clothes for fat people so don't even try it if you weigh 200 pounds or more don't even try it you may get some socks in the first dietary information but if you're big person are they not going to be successful and help you out it's best to go to St Vincent de Paul and see if you can get some stuff over there but I will say that overall you going to get more and you probably need to bring a cart so you can carry all the stuff on the bus or and or if you have a car then you could but Metropolitan Ministries is the place to be.

Hi Idell, each case is unique and we encourage you to speak with an intake specialist at (813) 209-1222. The Family Support Center can assess your situation and connect you with the available programs. It is important to have a plan and resources in place before moving.
Hi Ivory, every family situation is unique, so please visit www.metromin.org to contact the team and start the intake process. Navigate to the "Get Help" page and scroll to the emergency shelter section. There you will find an online form, email and phone number.
Please do. They are always welcome. Address is 2301 North Tampa Street. Outreach Department Front Desk.
Qualications are all done in person as everyone's situation is different. There are a few different processes that help determine the best program. Hope that helps
