We purchased our Tiffin from Florida RV in February. Hartley and his staff were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what they sell. This type of motorhome was all new to us and along the way we had issues come up that we had no experience with. Hartley, Eileen and the gentlemen in the shop were there to help and solve them every time. We were also impressed with the shop. It was very clean and orderly. Maybe it's us, but we think that says a lot when purchasing something like this that will need servicing in the future. Florida RV Sales and Service is an excellent place to buy your RV. The owner, Hartley, and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. We did months of research on multiple different on-line sites before deciding on this beautiful coach at Florida RV Sales and Service. Once we made our decision, we knew had to fly to Florida from Maryland. Hartley even picked us up at the airport ! He and his staff assisted us with everything before we left so the day we arrived all we had to do was look at the RV and sign on the dotted line. There was no urgency from their standpoint - we could take as much time going over the RV as we wanted. No pushy sales. He wanted to make sure we had all our questions answered and felt very comfortable with the decision we made. He even called us to make sure we were doing ok on the road home and advised us we could call him at any time - he is always avaiIable for any questions we may have. When my wife first contacted Hartley he made us feel that we were not just another phone call, but gave us his time and undivided attention as to our needs. This was early in 2016 and he was in FT Lauderdale at the time. When we met him at his shop he took time to show us his inventory and for us it was the 2007 Forest River Charleston 40 QS ( Quad Slide ). This coach had only 22,000 miles on it and was in excellent condition. The big thing for me was the Mercedes Diesel that had the best warranty in the industry in 2007. There was not one thing on this coach that did not work . It is now late 2018 and we are pushing 79,000 miles with absolutely no problems and the paint still looks like it just came off the line. Hartley and his wife Dianne sell only top notch RVs and if I was in the market they would be my go to dealer. That probably won't happen because this coach is just to good, 9.5 MPG- NO DEF- NO crazy sensors to shut you down ( always in the middle of the nite in the middle of no ware ) and the Freightliner Custom Chassis is the best out there. We have keep in contact with Hartley throughout our travels and I feel we have become good friends along the way. Rick & Lynn ( Safe Travels ) April 2019 Update ( HAVE COME FULL CIRCLE ) With a heavy heart I have to sell our coach that we love and has been absolutely wonderful with no issues at all due to my increasing vision problems. After making this hard decision it was a no brainer to take it back to Hartley at Florida RV Sales to have him sell it for us. Hartley and Dianne and there staff are very professional and totally customer orientated with the mindset that the customers best interest is priority. I had a great last 600 mile trip to drop off our coach on Feb 17 and they had it sold on March 22. We hope that the new owner loves it as much as we do and maintain it as meticulously as we did. Hartley and Dianne have become friends over the years and they have a open invitation to take one of there many fine coaches and visit us here in north west Georgia.
