Huntington at sundance is very misleading they advertise lots of amenities like gated community the gate didn't work for 3years in a row before fixing it. Tennis Cort had a hole the size of a softball so they chin locked it finally fixing it after 2 years by simply filling the hole. Basketball Cort with no goals putting them up and taking them down you never know if you can play or not then right before summer they closed the the swimming pool says to resurface I have talk to several pool people and it doesn't take too months to resurface a pool. But it does if no one is working on it. When they close the pool that's when they put up the basketball goals and filled in the hole in the tennis court what would you rather do in the summertime go to the pool or play tennis geniuses.

I have been here for about 7 years I think. As with any big rental complex like this there are some downsides. However, I have had Rex help with any maintenance issue that has happened and I have never had any bad experiance. I work in Orlando and the location is really affordable and gets me away from the traffic in Orlando (should be noted that the area here is growing fast). I will continue to remain a resident as long as I can. The only real downside is I have a non renovated apartment and it would cost me too much to upgrade. That is a me problem though. I look forward to another great year in the sun.

I have stayed at here since 2016. I am thankful to know this apartment complex community. The management Michelle and staff Karina, and the maintenance department Jay and Rex have always been helpful. I appreciate all their hardwork and attention to take care of this complex and my apartment. I love the area. And it's all of the residents' responsibility to keep the complex clean and neat. Thank you much!
