We were given the wrong health information about our newborn twice. Our information went from fine to having to go to the ER. Simply because the Dr. Didn’t read the information out to us from our documents. We have been sent to the hospital again after the wrong information and the testing was closed like they usually are at this time. This place is not punctual, they have given the wrong information more than once and it honestly seems like a scatter brained office. We have already switched offices and do not recommend.

Very nice and friendly, check in quick did precheck in from home. Was called to the back a few minutes before my sons appointment time. Clean place friendly staff.

They set appointments but they never attend me because either the doctor isn’t there or they are busy. They have denied my child her appointment because I was 16 minutes late even though she was there on time. They have moved her appointments like months away each time. There is always an issue when we go there. This place is very irresponsible.

Came here with non Covid symptoms, aside from congestion making it next to impossible to breathe. Told them I've had Covid, and am vaccinated, and I know what Covid feels like. That aside I've only been around one person this week who was a family member who just tested positive for bronchitis, not Covid, and has the same symptoms as me. This aside, they told me because I had a Covid symptom my inspection HAS to include a Covid test, which they can't do until 9am due to poor scheduling. So my options are quite literally suffocate and wait, or go to the hospital because this walk in clinic has a bad system for walk-ins.
