Booked apt. They canceled it via email. Tried to contact (why) 5 calls no response. Out of the blue another area contacted me and made appointment. 1st appointment I received instructions and form to fill out, which I did. 2nd appointment I brought all my papers and reviewed with the person at the location. 5 days later told to come next week and pick up my papers, they aren't going to do my taxes due to my Wells Fargo IRA. Not Not satisfied with United Way of Pasco County. I WAS a United Way donor, WAS.

The "new" offices are very nice, professional, and in a central location for an organization that serves the entire county. The United Way of Pasco impacts many charitable groups in a very positive way. This, the main office, is not opulent, which is the way a charity should be,l.

Hello, call 211 and they will schedule an appointment for you 😉
dial 211 for that, and DON'T go through United way!!! Once you start with one non-profit, you can't switch, and the gal there has not been responding to my emails. So VERY FRUSTRAITING!! Try another provider through 211, if they suggest United way, ask for another one!
Yes but they have some help with dental but not help with dentures.
