It's a disgrace to say that I was born and raised in this awful county! When simple laws aren't followed by "certain" individuals whom reside in the county you'll continue to see the shady, thieving scam artists win cases, or get a joke of a fine and/or sentence where ANYWHERE else in the world would be held accountable! The JUDGES in this county are the biggest problem! THEY ARE A JOKE! LITERALLY! For example look at ALL THE REPEAT OFFENDERS!?! THEY OBVIOUSLY WERE NOT TAUGHT THE FIRST TIME AROUND WHEN THE JUDGE DECIDES TO PAT THEM ON THE BACK RATHER THAN PUT IN THE SLAMMER OR GIVEN A SENTENCE EQUAL TO THEIR OFFENSE THEY WITHOUT A DOUBT DESERVE!!! MAYBE THE JUDGES NEED TO FRESHEN UP ON THE ACTUAL LAWS IN NC THAT THEY ARE ENTRUSTED TO UPHOLD FOR GOD'S SAKE!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE TO SEE WHY THESE JUDGES ARE GIVING PASSES TO INDIVIDUALS THAT DEFINITELY DO NOT DESERVE ANOTHER DAY OF FREEDOM OR LIVE WITHOUT ANY PUNISHMENT! LAWS CLEARLY STATED THAT CAN BE SEEN BY CITIZENS, JUDGES IGNORE TREMENDOUS VIOLATIONS YET LOOK THE OTHER WAY?? WHY HASN'T ANYONE TRIED TO GET THESE PEOPLE OFF THE BENCH AND BEHIND THE BARS THEY REFUSE TO PLACE THEIR "BUDDIES" BEHIND!!! #GETEMOFFTHEBENCH #CROOKEDJUDGESOFRUTHERFORDCOUNTY #INVESTIGATERUTHERFORDCOUNTYJUDGES I pray the pain and suffering these judges dish out to the innocent is felt 10 fold one day. This is utterly mind boggling! We'll never see justice in Rutherford County NC!

If I could leave a worse review I would. It's been 5 years. 5 years. No one that was forced to come has even lived in the county for 3. I drove an hour and a have to come to the court that I was forced to come to at 9am when I closed at work the morning before. Only to get there for it to be continued to another date that I will have to waste my time and gas again to drive to. Absolutely ridiculous. Goes to show how justice works. I was getting along with my baby momma before this too. Thanks for that. The government doesn't belong in people personal business. Hands down. Just stirred up trash from 5 years ago. 5. Just blows my mind. Let's all hurry to wait. I have lost all faith in my countries ability to help people in my own country. Pathetic.

A US citizen can vote remotely in federal elections via mail or email once officially registered to receive an absentee ballot, which you can get from the US State Department's website.
No. You cannot bring any electronic devices through the front & only public entrance. However, if you can find a way to have an attorney or other court official approve & agree to bring it in for you, it can be brought into the courthouse. This is typically not done & the only way someone with authority, usually presiding judge, would agree that it could come in, it would be on the limited basis that it was needed for, or contained evidence needed for, official court business.
