Extremely disrespectful I applied then the rude Alicia Monroe lady told me one thing then changed what she said . Never contacted me to let me know I will not be moving in because of the miscommunication she had.. I called to get update she had nasty attitude and basically said your not approved because of your background mind you I don’t have any evictions at all . I was just trying to get understanding of why I was denied and she couldn’t even tell me without being disrespectful and rude by cutting me off and talking over me .. she does not need to work at regional housing authority because she is very inconsiderate.. I’m homeless and she playing games being petty

Because of a *CERTAIN* manager here, we are now getting kicked out for no reason at all, the person i lived with used to work here and did their job very well, but now we have to leave because a certain someone here doesn't want people to be happy.

Are you taking application at this time?
Yes
Applications for which program, Section 8? Yes, Section 8 is open.
Yes they do
You go in you tell them where you're applying for and see if they will move you from the one-bedroom list to the two-bedroom
http://www.regionalha.org/properties/richland-public-housing
Get in touch with sutter county housing authority at 1455 butte house rd yuba city ca 95991
Go to their office and take ur PGandE bill
It's depends on your situation their taking the real low income ppl right now they alright started passing out vouchers
Section 8's waitlist is closed, but you can apply online or in person for any of our other programs that are open, www.regionalha.org. Also, check with Victim Witness for other programs that may be able to help sooner with leaving your situation. Best wishes.
You have to apply in person & then they do a lottery for the waiting list. Took me about 14 months.
It depends it tookme with 1 child working to get it in 3 years. My good friend about a year and a half
No
You will be informed which counties you income qualify for when the voucher is issued. You may qualify for all four, in that case you can lease up in whichever one you wish.
You can but they would have to pass the background check... And be added on the lease and on your voucher
By law if you try to locate and give them a notice after that long you can remove it but check your local police Dept so you know for sure it's not the people you have to worry about it's the law
You would have to contact the City/County where you live.
Thank you Joyce Craig 😊
Only if it is written in your contract but they have no right otherwise and you can call housing authority on them but have documented proof of them entering without your permission. And witnesses
yes
If you still own it they shouldn't but if ownership has changed no.
First send the landlord a letter by certified mail. And if they don't fix it you contact housing authority and tell them. You send mail to landlord first it protects you from him kicking you out for no reason. And will have to deal with section 8 and possibly loose their lease with sec8
Always write the landlord as it is proof you tried to get them to fix it. If they loose the sec8 housing slot they will have to house you till another place is found. I have worked with Sacramento housing sec 8 for two years. Always protect from the landlord saying they never told me
