I've been here a few times in the last few months as I'm new to the area and each time the associates here seem to avoid you when you need assistance. My son and I were looking for a spray to treat our lawn for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks so he asked an associate if they something like that and was told in a condescending way that this was a hardware store not a pet store and walked away! Believe me this was the last time.

Employees are always polite. Weekends are the busiest so try to avoid if you can. Even at their busiest they still take time to answer questions and grab you what you need. Even with lines they still manage to move quick. Definitely easier to find someone to help at HD compared to lowes.

Went to this HD for the first time and was rudely told if I want the military discount to go online and get a QR code because next time she won't give the discount. Went back a week later and a different cashier rudely told me the same thing. Dumbfounded with these two privileged cashiers. I went back and forth on both occasions because I was getting multiple items, none of the young men that helped at the registers didn't say anything about it, they were courteous and helpful.

Well I'm a Home depot's regular I just love this business, there usually no problem but on my last visit , I needed some help with a item I had requested so I went to go and pick it up , it wasn't nowhere it was supposed to be. so I get one of the floor staff to help me located my item Mitchell was his name and we located it but since it was a floor model we had to check the back well needless to say my item was given to someone else and with out missing a step Mitchell call his lead person and she christen ( I believe that was her name ) couldn't located one so without hesitation she informed me that since mine was given away by mistake that she was letting me have a much more expensive one for the lesser priced one , see that's great customer service I was ok with that as anyone could be well after she informed the girl (I'm not going to put her name here) at the check out that it was marked down from regular price to the sale price the rude girl at check out got all bowed up and snidely remarked why does he get this discounted that just is not right , I believe she was hating having to let a white man have a discount because I'm pretty sure the rude girl was the one who gave mine away because she was really hating on me it was like I just stole her last Snickers bar and we all know don't mess with a big girls snickers bar because it ain't pretty needless to say she had to let me have it for what her lead had told her to and I wish her a good day and I was given a "whatever" but hey I hope on my next visit she will be nicer cause I'm bringing her a bags of snicker minis , I will still visit my favorite store I just got to bring Snickers so if your in home Depot and you see this big girl eating a Snickers you'll know I was just there and you can check out happily so your welcome and go visit home Depot they have everything there and as always thanks for reading
