Alright place to shop as long as there’s nothing wrong with the product. I got home and unpacked a dresser to find two of the drawers were broken. I figured the least they could do was offer to drop off a new one and pick up the broken one. It’s a 3-man lift and the old box was obviously torn apart. Nope. The man I spoke to couldn’t be bothered to help in the slightest. Obviously I was annoyed and told them that’s a bad business practice and received a nonchalant “well that’s the way it’s always been”. It’s unfortunate because past interactions have been good. But a good interaction when there’s nothing wrong means less than an interaction when there’s a problem to solve.

Justin was the sales person who helped me and I couldn’t be more happy. I fell in love with the Stanton 329 sectional unfortunately the configuration on the floor was too big for our home but just was able to special order and armless love and it’s the perfect size for our living room. Matt R and Brian M delivered it to our home today and it fits like a glove! Delivery guys were super quick helpful and careful. So excited to make our new house finally feel like a home.
