Th e employee said they no longer sell the brand of pants I wanted. Also didn't see the brand of shoes I like. Left without buying anything.

I like JcPenney. They have a lot of brand name items at great prices, but this store is a mess. Clothing items are all over the place, squeezed together with no room to actually shop comfortably. Ross is much more organized and orderly than this.

If I could give JC Penney in Yuba City no stars I would have, but the app will not let me. These are some of the photos I took at my visit today. In addition to the store looking like a hurricane hit it, I did not see one employee in the store except the one gal working the cash register near men's and I don't think it's acceptable to let your line get more than 2 or 3 customers long unless there was absolutely no one else in the store, which is crazy.

I went to the Yuba city store last weekend (03/21/21) and when you enter the store they make sure everyone is wearing a mask and if you don't have one they provide one for you. Also they have 6ft. floor markers all over the store.

Unfortunately they have gone waaay down hill over the last couple years. They dont even have enough employees on staff to run the day to day operation properly. I shop online mostly. I'd say pop in but good luck finding anyone. Best to go right when they open at 10am.
