If I can give 0 stars I would, my nephew talked to the manager Shaan and Misty and Brandon and Kaycee and they were all so rude and they all hanged up in the middle of the conversation. They are denying their policies which corporate even told them to help but they would not accept that it is their responsibility to uphold the warranty DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

If I could give a 0 I would, they sold me a defective item then they refused to cooperate with the warranty and would not honor it. Especially the manager Shaan is super rude and he hangs up in the middle of the conversation and constantly interrupts.

I had a bad experience with Lowes so I'm going back to Home Depot from now on. They knowingly sell defective products and only give you 30 days to return. Also, customer service and the store managers don't share the same knowledge/information regarding return policies. Seems pretty fishy to me

Love these guys the prices are perfect for any job you might have for your home improvement wether it be indoors or out. I loved the bird feeders and the pool cleaners were a great price😃
