Unfortunately they have gone waaay down hill over the last couple years. They dont even have enough employees on staff to run the day to day operation properly. I shop online mostly. I'd say pop in but good luck finding anyone. Best to go right when they open at 10am.
They no longer have customer service anymore, sorry. You have to call and press a random number to be transferred to a person.
Check store hours m ok st of the time on the floor. Any of the staff should pick up phone.
I agree, their service isn't 100%. When they do answer, tell them no, you can't be on hold. Or go to their website and do a live chat.

No idea, I would suggest calling their headquarters. By the way the don't have a customer service area anymore.
