Hello Milton well when I was their last Sunday their was staff available to help you however if you need to purchase a ticket you have to put your conformation number into the kiosk machine then from there your ticket will be printed out. Remember to arrive at least thirty minutes before your bus is scheduled to leave and yes if it said your bus leaves at 7:15 they pull out of the terminal at that time. Just more info for you. Have a blessed and safe trip.

Right now ther r alot of specials I paid one way from Weimar Tx near Houston to Zanesville, ohio 240$ one-way but them I found a 70$ flight home..they had flights ther cheap to but my ticket was already bought.

I have no idea. But I will not use Greyhound again. Lousy service, leaves you stranded on the bus for 15 hours, would not pay for a hotel for 51 people. They kept making excuses why they couldn't send a relief driver. Then you get to the next stop and say something to the employees and they just laugh as if it was all a joke to them.The supervisor during the night made light of the whole thing. They kept saying that it would be two hours, three hours, six hours, two hours before they could send a relief driver.The experience was a nightmare from hell. I rate the experience a negative 40. They told the driver to go as far as he could. The driver started letting them know 6 hours before hand that his time would be up. That was 6 hours they could have started making preparations for a relief driver. To top it off, they didn't even have the audacity to record the fact that we were stranded. It wasn't even listed as reported. It was listed as a still moving bus. Don't ever take Greyhound.

I've traveled 4 times now via greyhound and never needed an ID for anything. Although I imagine it could come in handy if u need anything along the way. However, I haven't ran into any issues that resulted in the need for my ID.

They are so busy it would never get answered. You can do everything online and if you want to buy your ticket there you use a prepaid credit card machine there go to the kiosk someone is there to help and get your ticket. There is no question that can't be answered online.

This is a GREAT BUS COMPANY.. THEY LEAVE ON TIME. if you're a minute LATE.. The Bus is a minute GONE! Very helpful ppl. Driver's actually look out for you.. Can't get lost they REALLY HELP AND CARE!

If you think they are able to care of themselves. I have rode alot of places on the bus,the worse places were in the southern states,then Chicago, Kansas city. Going through Kansas there were a few people getting out of prison getting on the bus. I will have to say they were very polite and helped some of the older folk with there things.All in all in most places it's all right. I really prefer the train. I just can't do the lay over on Chicago.
