I came in to get my 6HP Yamaha fixed by Ally I think was his name. Before bringing my motor in i made sure to let him know what the problem was (leaking gas from my carburetor bowl so i just needed my seals replaced). I return to pick up my motor a week later snd Ally tells me there was no gas leaking so he didn’t change the seals. I fired her up right there in front of him and gas starts pouring out of the same exact spot. When I asked Ally what work he did do because he clearly didn’t fix my problem, he denied there was ever gas leaking and that he wouldn’t fix the problem unless I paid for an additional inspection and no refund was offered. Horrible customer service and Ally (the owner) apparently can’t make mistakes. Highly recommend not wasting your time coming here.

It’s almost more sad more than it is disgusting that my wife and I can’t come in to get some minnows for a day of fishing without being treated as we are some inhuman diseased creatures for the simple fact that we are medically exempt from wearing a mask. We were very respectful and received no respect in return. Your live bait is great but I’d rather dip net my own minnows before I go back in there and get treated the way we did again. A little respect goes a long way. Generally outdoorsman understand that. Not whoever was running the store on Sunday 12/6. FYI this overblown covid hysteria was designed to dehumanize folks. Wake up and smell the minnows pal, you’re playing right into it.

Dropped my boat off for a warning alarm last Thursday and it was ready for pick up 2 days later. Told me that the alarm was from over heating. Changed my impeller and did a tune up. Ran like a champ on Saturday. Thanks for the great service.

I quickly got the impression that Alli was a good man, a straight shooter and I am glad to say that I was not wrong. I feel that the price I paid for the services rendered was fair and adequate and the job was done right there first time. On the other hand, I agree with many other reviews that the lady in the store is absolutely customer service averse. It almost felt like she made an effort to make me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed, a piece of work. Just does not jive.
