0 starts but that wasn’t an option! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I wouldn’t take a hamster here. I accompanied my mother to her visit . The things I witnessed have me pondering how this facility is even open!!! Front staff seemed extremely overwhelmed and stressed as a woman (who I later found out was a manager) was barking demands and not helping at all. I felt sorry for the poor girl until she got an attitude with my mother about a check in question that was accidentally missed, again my mother is older and not great w/ technology. There is not a nurse there, only a medical assistant. When she called my mom back, she seemed unhappy to be there as she was just going though the notions and was unfriendly. Dr Bindal was not engaged in my moms care. He said maybe 5 words, gave a few head nods and was gone. His assistant spoke more then him. Upon leaving I heard and saw the Dr’s assistant tell a patient she gets paid if a review is left mentioning her name and ASKED FOR HIS PHONE SO SHE COULD TYPE A REVIEW! I was shocked! All these good reviews are probably fake and done by staff since they get “paid a bonus” for a review. Then to top it off as my mom was in line to check out, there were 2 staff members and that same manager from earlier talking about and making fun of another patients issues in the next room. AND when my mom asked if she owed anything, a woman YELLED from a desk in the back “ A MILLION DOLLARS” then said it’s her “tip” . I was just like wow, how extremely unprofessional. It was an awful experience and interaction with literally every single part of the office. It was almost comical because I was thinking it can’t get worse but it did!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! My Mom will DEFINITELY not be returning!

Don’t go here unless you know your insurance. Thank god I work for insurance other wise they would’ve gotten thousands out of me. They billed test that were NEVER PERFORMED.
