Although there usually is no long line, the service here is a perfect example of inconsistent. I only come here for Amazon returns and my experience is literally something different every time. One time they'll be full service, and I can drop it off and leave as soon as I arrive. The next it won't! One time I'll have to pay for my return the next time I won't! It's as if no one has any rules to follow and what service you get depends on who is there when you arrive. Which is just insane. If your only alternative is a post office with long lines and almost no service with rude employees (like my only other option) this is better than nothing. But some level of consistency would still be appreciated.

He told me that because i used a prepaid label for my return that my package was going to get to its destination in two weeks and he don’t mail stuff for free. I took my package back and took it to the post office.. this told me he was literally going to take his time putting my package in the mail and he shoved it underneath the counter. I took it to the post office and it is scheduled to arrive in two days. He is terrible…
