One of the better community clubhouses in the area. They have a really well set up gym and offer Zumba classes to their residents on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. Clean and well maintained. The great room can be rented for parties and other special events.

Clean, quiet, roomy, homey... All the things you'd want in a clubhouse! It has a separate workout room, tv area with indicidual leather couches, a kids play area, a conference area, and a pool/ping pong/foosball table room! The swimming pool is large enough to fit tons of people and of all ages, too!

admission requires a pass that you can buy for around $ 25, only if you live in Concord Station.
No cost for residents to swim but you have to have a key card to access the facilities.
