Joe Guilroy and the lady that answers the phone are very unprofessional and rude they do not respond to emails or calls. They don’t give update status about jobs. They alway route you to his number for a voicemail that does not take messages because it is full. It has been a month that Joe said he will get in touch with me and he has not nor has he responded to my emails. What is the point of them if they aren’t going to employ or assist people in work.

I got ONE job through them and that was nothing but God because some how my resume fell through the cracks 🙄 And a department contacted me themselves, mind you-not NC Temp Solutions. Then that job ended.What I have learned living here in NC is that it is all who you know and who likes you! They're not friendly here. I recommend working remotely, that'll way they can't judge you like they do in NC, start your own business or just simply move to another state if you can. God Bless~

They hand you a application when you walk in and you fill it out, only to go into the system & never get called no matter what credentials you have. If you do the application online, you also will never hear from them. I have 23 years of experience & I haven't heard a peep from them. They tell you if the client needs you they will call you. Yeah, right!!
