This update is 3 months after my first review but they change our field manager and Alex was the new field manager and was a blessing to have him,everything started with updates in details how was the construction was going plus he send pictures and yesterday 6/6/22 we have a meeting with my wife Laura Weiss and the house is going well closing they window is in August 15 September 12 we are very happy with our purchase thank you to everyone in the beautiful Clubhouse. I recommend this community for over 55 +.

This is the third home we have built in Tampa. Brendan Keegans is by far the best construction manager we have had the pleasure of dealing with. He constantly kept us up to date with the progress of construction, and was always very professional in every interaction we had with him. He worked tirelessly to get us into our new home on the projected date. This is an incredible achievement in light of the current shortages and construction challenges. This experience has far exceeded our expectations, which was as a direct result of the commitment and passion Brendan has towards delivering homes to the delight of customers of Pulte Homes.

Very nice neighborhood and nice homes club house is nice pool everything is clean and manicure safe quite close to Publix and other places. I recommend this place for over 55 community. I purchased a lot and getting ready for building . phase 1 Today February 2/25/22.Happy with my purchase 😎 I recommend this beautiful place.
