This place FULFILLED my expectations for this MAGICAL WEEKEND. Me and my boyfriend visited the area to celebrate our 4th anniversary 💕 He planned and surprised me with a wonderful gateway. We stayed at the Spruce suite. It has an amazing fireplace across the bed and a flat screen above it. There is a Keurig with 6 Caribou coffee kcups. And for the fans of collecting hotel toiletries, their shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are the cutest (see picture). There is a mini fridge, sink, and microwave. The walk-in shower is great. We had an amazing experience at The Landing. Jay, the owner, is an amazing host. He helped us find a breakfast place that met our needs... something close and good in town. He recommended us to go to Wayfinder restaurant. This place was awesome as well! The cherry on top of the cake to end our weekend. STRONGLY recommend this place.

Do you want a perfect wedding? Then this is the perfect place! The staff at The Landing was so easy to work with and the property was absolutely beautiful. They have literally thought about everything. Jen is communicative and professional answering all of our questions and keeping us organized. The rooms were all EXTREMELY clean and beautifully updated while maintaining a cabin feel. I cannot recommend this place enough for your wedding!

We had the lady bird suite booked for 2 nights following our wonderful elopement in Estes. Beautiful room, great service and after requesting early checkin fairly last second they were able to deliver! Would definitely book again, great rates and beautiful room with a beautiful view of the river and amazing fireplace. Staff was amazing. I believe Jay is who we had interactions with and extremely friendly and sweet. Thank you again for making our experience perfect! ❤️

Great question! Our Riverfront Cabins are two story (with bedrooms located on the second floor). The River View Villas are single story, as are all of our King Suites. The Mills, MacPhearson, and Sprague Lodge Suites require stairs to access, but our Lady Bird Lodge Suite does not. Cheers!
