Stopped in based on the great reviews and was NOT disappointed! No wait on a Friday, but was a little early for dinner. So delicious!! Jalapeño poppers are legit! Raspberry sauce is perfect, too!

Wife said pizza smelled good. We were hungry and had time to kill. Was able to sit outside listening to the creek. Great weather. But.. the plastic wicker bench we sat in was terrible. Sank into the center, uncomfortable for both of us. We ordered a small specialty pizza which fed two adults. Our child got the individual size which was great for her. Take note you cannot ask for a topping left off of a specialty pizza. Overall wasn't too impressed with the pizza for the price or the bench we sat on. Still was able to enjoy the meal thanks to wonderful weather and the creek.

Had the bacon and avocado burger with a side salad.... next time I'll only have the burger. The salad or burger would have been plenty. Had to take the salad for an afternoon meal. I had a alien next time(name not exactly right) it was good but sweet Hubs had the reuben and fries with a Jack and cola. Maybe do a half order of fried next time. The restraunt smelled amazing with all the food cooking and was very nice.

On our way to Rocky Mountain National Park, we stopped in Estes Park for lunch at Poppy's Pizza and Grille. Poppy's is on the main street through town but back by the stream. Easy find while walking. Upon entering, the restaurant looked nice inside. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was very polite. There is a variety of items on the menu to choose. I ordered the Poppers appetizer. Six nicely breaded poppers come on a bed of chopped lettuce with a raspberry sauce for dipping. Sweet taste with a hint of heat. For my main entrée, I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries. The sandwich was very tasty and the fries were crispy. No leftovers from me. My family had the pizza, Reuben, grilled cheese and a bruschetta called the Color of Italy. Nice presentation. Pesto was a little much but good. No leftovers from them. I highly recommend dining at Poppy's. Food is great!!
