Small, well run campground. Extremely nice staff. Stayed one night on our trip, but would not hesitate to stay longer. Clean, heated pool for the kids. Every space close to the office/laundry/showers, etc. Level space, easy access for our 25’ rv. Convenient to area attractions, grocery, etc. Guests echoed the family friendly vibe.

We stayed 1 night visiting the area. We found the camp amenities to be excellent. Our kids enjoyed the playground and arcade. We did a little fishing as well. There was friendly and attentive staff, and respectful campers. Would visit again! We camped in a tent, the campsites are nice enough, but not large, we did manage 1 large 8- person tent and 1 solo tent. The campsites are charming and we had some deer visit us by the small creek flowing adjacent to the sites.

First off, the employee's are fantastic! The amenities are good, they have a heated pool and pond. They keep camping stuff you might need on hand and a gift shop. The location is great, about 10 min from Colorado Springs. I would stay here again! There are not many cons but they are kind big ones, if you're tent camping. The bathhouse is lacking. It's small and outdated. I would definitely recommend shower shoes! If you're tent camping be prepared to be very close to other campers. Space is limited. We had T-0 which I thought was the best because it accommodated our hammocks and seemed further away from people. You can definitely hear noise from the highway. I used earbuds for noise control.

Nice place to camp. The free showers in the bathroom and laundry facilities are open 24 hrs. The pool is clean. Complimentary coffee and tea is available. Sometimes coffee isn’t ready by 5:30am but it’s not too long before it’s ready. Campground is clean and quiet.
