This place is a diamond in the rough. It has great deals on all kinds of rocks, petrified wood, and fossils. My wife and I made several purchases - each item was 50 to 75% off. We compared their prices to similar products at other stores and they came out ahead. They nicely wrapped each item. I can't give it a 5, because the store is a bit old, but it is a hearty 4.

I visited the shop a few ago and was told no online sales. Too bad as I really liked their specimens
We do sell Break your own geodes! There are sparkly white calcite on the inside. If we run out our sister store in Manitou Springs, Southwest Silver Company, also carries them!
I don't know. Did you call and ask?
Only allowed to come in with a mask, and they have a limit amount of people to be able to shop at the store. There's no time limit how long you can stay.
I'm sure they do, they have just about everything you can think of
We asked about this when we were here, they were willing to help us get in touch with the owner. I did find a place that will Lane Bryant jewlery in manitou springs
Not at this shop, but yes there are many places you can find smoky quartz it's quite plentiful in the area. Monument lake is where I found my 1st one, picking up shells along the edge of the water.
We do not! It's a bit too common of a stone around these parts to have any real retail value. Thank you for the question!
For the most part we just carry Pikes Peak Amazonite and Pikes Peak Smoky Quartz. We do have the occasional stone from other places in the US, such and Utah or Michigan, but not a whole lot else from the Rocky Mountain region.
Hello! We sell petrified wood, but we DO NOT buy from any individual sellers.
I don't think they would. Most of the turquoise they sell is all in modern pieces. They used to carry a book about American Turquoise, however, and you could probably call them to see if they still have a copy knocking around you could peek at. If not the store The Eagle Dancer in manitou springs also carried it and could have some insight as well
