Beautiful manicured lawns and large buildings. We had to meet outside but there was shade and chairs. Very helpful staff was on hand.

Our family came to respect our father some time ago for the last time grieving and wanting to spend as much time yet limited time with him while we can before the burial but unfortunately, the lady that worked there was rushing us and denying our rights to do what we need to do for our burial. She basically demanded all of us to do what she wanted and we understood that we were in a religious Catholic Cemetery. We still had our own timely schedule service meant to give our last blessings that wasn’t meant to take hours. Instead, she rushed a grieving family to say goodbye by stepping in and basically telling us through similar meaning, “no, all of you can’t say goodbye, it’ll take too long. But if do you want to say your last goodbyes/blessings, take 3 or less seconds so we can wrap this up and cover him and bury him. No personal moment of silence.” It was very unprofessional and we felt that she had no sympathy or concerns for our loss. We love our dad and wanted him to have a great place to rest but we weren’t even able to spend the last minutes together before the burial the way we had scheduled/planned because we were greatly rushed. Of course we complied and endured their rushed burial service to avoid any further chaos as all of us were already upset. The only good thing about this place was the location.

Queen of Heaven was more than helpful when my father died. They went above and beyond what I would expect from anyone. We were truly blessed to find Queen of Heaven in our time of need. It is a peaceful, quiet and beautiful place. The staff truly care and want this experience to be as easy as it possibly can be. I will never be able to show all of my gratitude for Queen of Heaven Cemetery and their staff.
