Extremely unhelpful. They make it seem like it's a chore to work with residents and it's like pulling teeth to get any kind of response from them. I had to email them 3 times just to finally get a lazy two sentence response that they won't do anything to help. They're completely useless.

I've been to there office 2x. They do as little as possible to keep their jobs. Contact them and they won't respond. Find another company. That's why they have a 3.8 google review.

1 yr n 1/2 with this company. 5x the main water line has been shut off due to an emergency damage on a unit. Is not for a few hours has range to the following day. I do have kids n so do some other units n we all use the bathroom. It is unfair to have to wait to long for repairs. Today we havent had water since yesterday n have received 3 emails 1 with the saying we will get water at 2pm did not happened the other at 5 water will get restore did not hapened now til 8pm. This is ridiculous. Has been to long.

You have to call them tell then who you are and home address and they will email you username and password.
This really isn't a question about the business, however, i would suggest submitting a violation report to the manager of your particular association. Depending on your association's rules and regulations, they could be fined for not abiding by the regulations, if they haven't already been fined. The only enforcement actions an association can take would be to continue to assess fines in accordance with the association's policy.
