I have lived in this community for a little over a year now and have been very pleased. The management team have always been kind and helpful and have willingly answered any questions I have had. There are many varied activities, so you’re sure to find something to do or if you choose just sit on your porch or patio and enjoy the beauty of the community. There’s bound to be a friendly face walk by and speak. I have met many wonderful people here and look forward to meeting more.

Charlie and Debbie are both retired now and found our forever home at this beautiful park. We dealt with Tamara , who was so pleasant to deal with, and answered all our questions. Kevin the other manager looks after his residents . This park is so well kept up and manicured to the 10’s. The pool is just beautiful and the clubhouse is very nice with lots of activity, things to keep you busy!The homeowners here are pleasant and thoughtful to each other . It is super quit at night and we both feel “Very Safe” at night. It’s a park anyone would love to be at and proud to call your home forever!! Don’t pass up this park, it was the #1 rated park this year for a reason! Come and find your forever home at “MasVerde”

I don't live in this community as I'm not 55+ yet, but as someone who does a lot of contracted work in the neighborhood I can say that it is one of the nicer 55+ communities in the lakeland area. The residents seem to be genuinely friendly to each other and to visitors of the neighborhood. Very well upkept as well.

I was just driving through. A lovely family'owned park for purchase of mobile homes.
Do u rent them out for Jan,Feb March?How much 2 bedrooms 2 baths,pet friendly for 30 lb.Boston Terrier.
No we do not.
We have several vacant lots that we will be building homes on. We only bring in double wide's. There are 3 single wide's that were here when we purchased the property. Some resident's rent their homes but it is on a as available basis and is for a minimum of 3 months.
Yes 50 and older part grandkids and other family can visit even stay but residents must be 50 or older
No rentals but possibly for sale ny owners. Call the office they are awesome people.
It depends on the lot size and location. Corner lots are more. Please call the office for more information and any specials that they have. We have lived here for over 10 years and love it.
