The store manager Gary wouldn't honor ACE lifetime guarantee. It's printed in the side of the box that they will replace the item. After emailing Corporate they shipped a replacement at no cost.

Big store, helpfull staff, but I had go drive to Woodland Park Hardware to get a water pipe fitting I needed for my carpet cleaning machine that Ace didn't have. It's still a pretty impressive store for such a little town though.
