What a cute little place! Costello's definitely has the potential to be a good experience for those passing through who already have the experience of time off, being with family and friends going on but as a local, we don't have many options and it has turned into a big disappointment. The staff consistently act as though you are inconveniencing them, both on the phone and person, even though from my experience, they don't have anyone there they are helping. When ordering, they rarely have the items you try to order and it tends to be over priced. This used to be a really great spot to be and take visitors to before the change over.

The manager Nikki found a way to bring the southern hospitality of Texas to Costello Street Coffee house! Amazing way to end an amazing vacation, Customer service was second to none, staff was extremely outgoing, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Unfortunately, all that has to take a back seat to how incredible the food was. Proof is the pictures. 12 out of 10 recommend. 🤝**actual customer**

The news owners removed the coffee bar with different flavored coffee; instead of flatware and napkins on the tables, you have to get your own, which isn't that big of deal, but there were no forks or knives; and the staff members were less than friendly. The only positive was that the sausage gravy on my biscuit was good.

What a crazy, amazing little space. If your dead great-grandmother was a shut-in Victorian-hoarder-interior-decorator, this is what it would look like. It may be haunted (by someone's dead great-grandparent). Good coffee, colorful, fun staff!
