Livestock arrived in good shape and healthy. Paid $199 for a 3-4 inch rainbow bubble anemone. Received a barely 1 inch in diameter specimen. It is healthy and fully extended, but very very tiny. I feel that I have been taken advantage of on my first purchase from this supplier! Hopefully they will make things right. Just heard back from them. They said they were sorry about sending the wrong size. They said they reduce the price to $139 (the price of this smaller sized anemone) and would give me a store credit of $60, not a refund. I would not have made this purchase even at this lower price!

Store looked amazing and was very clean. Overall nice inventory of corals. Fish were ok. My only sad face was, not a single person said hello or greeted me. Was not busy either. Just would have been nice if 1 person would have asked if I had any questions or needed to see anything. Ill be back in a few days before I leave town though. Overall great store.

Rachel, Brent and the rest of the staff were awesome. Definitely worth checking out even if your from out of town. They have everything from in house aqua cultured varieties of corals to lights and tanks.

Store is absolutely amazing! Very helpful and super knowledgeable employees who love what they are doing. I went about a week ago and pick out some frags for my tank while on vacation. They were kind enough to hold them and ship them out so that they would be at my house the second I made it back. Corals all came in amazing and look great in my tank. Not only saltwater fish
Live sand is $15 for 10lb and $30 for 20lb. Live rock is anywhere from $7.49 per lb, all the way up to $220 for CaribSea archways. It all depends on what you need.
Everyone that shops must wear a mask, have their temperature taken and use hand sanitizer before entering the store. All employees are required to wear a mask at all times and hand shaking is not allowed.

No i dont have one on mine. Just invest in auto topoff and skimmer till you learn the hobby. Equipment just makes things easier / less effort to maintain ideal conditions. Smaller tanks are harder to maintain stable water parameters in the long run
Not that i have seen, but im also not looking for one. I agree that they could probably special order some for you .
As stated many factors could cause die off. Instead of contacting WWC I recommend going to Reef2Reef to further seek advice on issue. The guru's at WWC will try to help as much as possible but keep in mind they will be limited as they are not directly in front of your tank.
