Was late to a funeral and needed help finding suspenders nobody wanted to help me there was absolutely no one working on the floor and when someone did help me they were very rude definitely do not try this place if you’re in a pinch

I typically love Kohl's, but the Narcoossee Rd Kohl's has gone down hill. In the women's area it was hard to tell what was the clearance section vs regular clothes because of the clothes just thrown wherever. The fitting room was a huge mess even though there was an attendant who looked to be putting clothes back on the racks. Judging from the full hooks and stacks of clothes in every open fitting room, I'm not exactly sure what that employee's job was. Security??? It was the same in the shoe section as well. Lots of random shoes thrown on the clearance shelves, but very little on the regular shelves. Just an overall grubby feeling in the whole store. Just sad.

Gator Doc

Nice location. Was pleased to see that they he curbside pickup. But it wasn’t until I got there that curbside was not available. Not the end of the world. I just wish they provided better direction on where I needed to go rather than have to ask around to where I needed to go. The front desk clerk was unaware of what was going on. She had a few ideas. I ultimately went to customer service where they had it.

Clean organized store with helpful staff. Not super busy at this location but has a great selection of KitchenAid
