You have a chance of bruising whenever a needle pierces the skin but there are ways to treat that as well as prevent that. Ways to prevent bruising are by avoiding some medications and supplements such as blood thinners, alcohol, fish oil, ibuprofen, vitamin E and omega 3 supplements. You can also use arnica before and after your treatment as well as ice to prevent bruising.
