Every review I read online is true she said everything in my bin was going back with me. She said only summer items like dresses. I had quite a few in my bin with tags still on them. What a waist of time. If there were 0 stars that's how many I would give them.

I usually sell my clothes here all the time and my items always get bought. I am always up to style trends and make sure so bring items that are trendy still (always name brand stuff). I gave clothes to sell to them two weeks ago and they took items. Well I just had the worst experience the other day and never going back. I brought in 2 bags of clothes and then 20 minutes later they said my buy was done. I went and waited in line with others behind while there was only one register open and two workers chatting on the side with each other (customer service definitely needs to be worked on). Anyways I go up and they said they didn’t take any of my items due to “overstock”, if that was the case why wouldn’t they just tell me that when I brought the clothes in. I questioned a little about it and they proceed to tell me they only take clothing that’s “in trend or what they see people wear on the streets”…… considering I saw clothes that were definitely not in style and shoes with stains on them, I’m not sure that’s the case either. I go back to my car and it seemed like one of the bags was not even looked through because all the items were folded and in the same way I put it in there. Honestly very disappointed and they really need to do better or hire better people that know what they’re doing.

I didn’t get the name of the girl but the girl with dark hair working up front did not want to go through the bins of jerseys unless I was for sure buying because there were 14 bins. She made it out to be a big deal to look for a jersey size. Very disrespectful.

Never this has happen to me because years ago i have brought in clothes for money and this time was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. i always make sure to go with the season and i had adorable sundresses good condition and wedges. They didn't buy my clothes....i told her that was impossible and to check again. Chelsea told me that my clothes apparently not in style and looked faded but i find it surprisingly that they had woren dirty tennis for sale.... Never again

Yes, just don't expect nearly what you paid!
At 8 pm
Thanks for the question. All employees wear mask. We also do daily prescreening and temperature checks with the entire start before the start their shift and we provide them with a NEW mask for every shift. We ask all of our customers to also wear mask. We spray all of our clothes that we buy with a disinfectant before placing them onto the sales floor. We also have plexiglas at all of our checkout stations. Lastly, we wipe down the counters, fitting rooms and front door through the entire day. We hope this answers all of the questions. Feel free to ask us anything else.
In that place you buy the used clothes, see personally and verify
They give good prices. You could probably get forna pair of nikes that cost $120.00.. You could avput 12dollats
Well, this store typically give you ten percent of what they will later on price it at in the store, after examining your item. I have sold here before, and it's pretty much a computer generating the price. Obviously they need a good surplus value to stay in business. So if your jersey hoodie is considered trendy, in great condition (not torn, stained or damaged), for young adults, and in season... Then, they will buy it. But, don't expect to get so much out of it. You will get around 2 or 3 bucks for it.
What they said it great already! I do want to add that they get busy, so drop clothes early and go run errands for a couple of hours then come back! They will text you when it's done. Also dont go close to closing time... they won't go through it. 11-12 am usually works best
Only clothing related items. Clothes, shoes, purses and other accessories
Yes, pretty much all types of clothes.
No, we do not sell pajamas. Sorry but thanks for asking.
I don't believe they do. I've never seen a wedding gown inventory there.
Veronika, sorry but we do not buy gowns. We usually suggest local consignment shops.

I know they buy shoes. Mine were fairly new, but clothes I had, they did not take. Maybe they were not new enough.
