I typically have a good experience. However, I need someone to help this make sense. I purchased a shirt, pants, shoes, and accessories. Price came to $125. The clerk said if I purchased the sneaker cleaner, they could take 20% off my purchase. I saved $25. When I got home, I realized I grabbed the wrong size pants. When I went back to exchange them for the correct size, I had to pay $3.50, the price without the discount. Why the charge for exchanging the same pants...and I had the receipt. SMH!!!

Great suit and tie store. Affordable prices. You can also get all kinds of accessories for you such as pocket squares, tie clips, cuff links, etc. Decent selection of shoes too. A go-to JW store.

Shocked at the condition of this K&G. Dust is everywhere. Small selection. No tailor service (I didn't see them). I'm from up north and the stores there are good. This one's pretty bad🤦🏾‍♂️

I've shopped at this specific K&G Fashion store several times. It has its positives and its negatives. On the upside, the store has a wide selection of mens clothing. It may have a lot of stuff for women, but I've never looked. I have only shopped for business clothes here - sports jackets, slacks and dress shirts. For these items, the store is great. IT is not cheap, but the prices are reasonable. I've never used the store's alteration service, and don't know that I trust it based on the other reviews. The downside is that the customer service feels artificial - as if the people are being polite because they have to - not because its the right thing to do.
