I literally just called to ask a basic question, in regards to purchasing a mobile home. The woman who answered the phone was VERY RUDE. Wouldn’t let me Explain myself just flat out told me “we don’t finance we just sell full price” and hung up. Horrible first impression but thank you for showing me I would just be wasting me time coming here.

I ordered a new MH thru Bay Homes. If you're looking for used, there are lots of them sold by real estate agents or MH communities.
You get qualifed for whatever home you want and make payments until it's paid for. You don't rent anything it's yours from the moment you pick it out!!! Awesome people to work with though!! They will break everything down for you and help you with any questions
