Won't rent to women. The only reason we can't get a spot is because the owner has a bias against women. They hate women and children, and please don't confuse my one star for a one star. I'd give no stars if I could. I would say we dodged a bullet with this place. We'll take our business else where.

Where RV'S go to die, discussing dirty place. Pictures shown are very very deceiving, the grass you see is the owners yard. We were the only ones out of 12 trailers that didn't live here.

Not kid friendly at all and the lady sounded very rude when i called to ask about monthly rates, she said "we can't take kids at all". Not sure why people hate kids so bad, when adults can be just as bad. In fact that type of attitude is worse than a kid.

Sorry, the name of this place is perfect in many ways. It does have plenty of shade and filled mostly with shady people. If you have kids, avoid this place at all costs.
