I can't stand a store that posts operational hours and doesn't obide by them, and any employee should feel the same way I do. Its a ploy for owners and managers to cut down on labor costs by encouraging "pre-closing", taking customer service employees away from their primary duty during operational hours, which should be taking care of customers, to clean up and make the guests feel unwelcome and burdensome. You people mistreated a dear friend of mine who would have been happy to spend money at your establishment, and then offered a half hearted, cop out apology, excusing your employees for crummy and rude service because "they had a long day" and "were sick of customers coming in 10 minutes before closing", but that's cool. Clearly, you all are doing well enough and can forgo our patronage. Last I checked, my green money spends and there are plenty of other dispensaries in Colorado who would love to take my money, even 10 minutes before closing. It's a dispensery. You're in and out in 2 minutes, for crying out loud.
