We have an ES 6500 Honda. We found out from Will at Honda generator of Tampa they no longer make parts for this unit. Took it in on a Monday, hoping to get it back by Friday. Will called on Tuesday afternoon and said it was ready. It runs like a champ now. Very pleased with the service and friendliness of this business. We have a Honda 1000w inverter we will be taking up for a tune up. Great service!

Had the model generator I wanted in stock and on sale. Salesman took the time to confirm what I needed to power with it, explained unit. They do note no returns on generators, but 3 year warranty with Honda.

We bought a 7000 watt inverter generator. The customer service was fantastic, Michelle was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They had a unit already together and ready to go, and if they had had to put one together I could have gotten it in under an hour. I can't say enough about what truly just nice people they were. They service what they sell and have a great track record of reliability. It's true quality cost more, but you get what you pay for.
