The customer service I received at Brandon Honda was 2nd to none. I’ve bought several Hondas from numerous Honda dealers and this was the best experience by far. I recently bought a 2022 Civic Si. The first dealership I went to completely shut me down and was not willing to negotiate at all and basically dismissed me out of the building. Worst feeling ever. I then reached out to Brandon Honda after I saw they had an Si in transit. Joseph was my sales rep and he treated me with kindness and respect from the second I stepped in the door until the end of the sales process. We were able to negotiate a price and I couldn’t be happier with my car and the service I received. Joseph kept in constant contact with me to update me on when the car would be on the lot. When I took delivery of the car he was literally running to make sure I got in and out as fast as possible. He answered all my questions I had about the vehicle and even threw in an extra care kit for me. He has reached out to me multiple times since I bought the car to see how everything was with the car and any follow up needs I had. If you are looking for a new car I would 10/10 recommend you go talk to Joseph. Brandon Honda is great. From the internet manager to the sales reps to the sales managers. They all treated me with class and respect.

Saturday April 23, 2022 my husband and I converted our lease of a 2020 Honda Civic Sport to a purchase. Youssef Ch-Hab was our salesman. I had spoken to him prior on the phone and I really liked how he answered my questions directly, he seemed very honest and transparent. He explained the process, gave me his cell phone number, agreed to meet me on Saturday (which I think was suppose to be his day off) and as I continued to communicate with him, he sent me a link to an application, he continued to tell me things he needed and I sent them to him (driver licenses, insurance, pictures of the car, etc.) and by the time we met he pretty much had everything he needed to expedite the transaction minimizing our time at the dealership since we drove about an hour to get there. When we finally met face to face he was nicely dressed, had a great smile, he was very polite, well spoken, knowledgeable and took ownership of our experience from the moment he greeted us. Now this lease to purchase was not our first experience with Brandon Honda; we had gotten the lease originally there and we also purchase a used car for our son’s to share. Each time we were treated great. We felt they gave us the very best deal and even gave us a great rate on our trade-ins. We have had regular maintenance/service done there and even enjoyed food at their cafe. Each time we have had a great experience. ** Edit 04/23 - never received incentive card for "test driving" and I actually bought. I followed up with both sales reps and Brandon Honda receptionist who xfer me to voicemail. No big deal but just adding more updated info to review. I purchased end of Feb. ** I had a great experience at Brandon Honda. I worked with De La Cruz. He was amazing. I told him what I was interested in and the style that I like. I had no intentions on getting a BMW. He showed me one that just hit the lot while I was checking out a Chrysler 300s. It had everything I wanted plus a sporty but 4 door car. Thanks De La Cruz. Also thank you Brandon T. for your guidance through the buying process too. Even the finance guy was cool too. Very very nice facility. Probably the nicest I've ever visited!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Camila at at Brandon Honda and I want to say my experience with her was nothing short of amazing she honored the price that we previously discussed she help me find the best deal and a car that was perfect for my needs (I have giant children and needed a full-size sedan). All in all my car buying experience this time was much better than my first car buying experience. Thank you all so much for your help and it was definitely worth the drive from Daytona Beach.

The fuel system is under pressure. If the fuel cap is not sealing, the pressure leakes and the injectors that deliver the fuel do not work properly. The engine works, but rough. Only a well equiped service center has the special tools to detect where is the pressure leake.

Why upon your 1st free oil change from dealership you purchased vehicle from would they try to get you for thousands in Repairs? Suddenly my new tires, brakes and alignment are all red upon inspection within only one oil change? Hmmm

Own a 2019 CRV LX-E with leather seats. Is there a recommended cleaner or protectant to use on these seats? Manual isn't much help.
