everyone booked at the same time and were waiting in an overcrowded waiting room. it was very awkward. Told second appt would be 30 min to an hour but waited much longer. 12-4. The doctor asked me multiple times (3) if I wanted to see the ultrasound after I had already signed the consent form saying no I do not wish to see it. I felt & saw everything during the procedure as he did not wait for anesthesia to kick in (i saw the fetus post operation) Did not ask how I was feeling before I left. Staff was kind but dr was extremely unprofessional, while dr was giving me anesthesia… his phone rings… he sticks his hand in his coat to mute it and DID NOT CHANGE GLOVES before operation. 0/100 would never go back for any service they provide. If you can steer clear of this place .. do your best.

Walked in. No one said anything to me, two front desk girls on their phone waited about a minute for them to knowledge me… I even canceled my appointment and went to other location. They need better customer service or front desk staff at least.

horrible place. do no make sure you are ok. especially with amount of stress you feel coming in they should make you feel cozy and at home. They do not say one word to you to make sure your procedure is pleasant. Waited 3 hours for them to call my name. Everyone seemed very upset. On top of that they basically took 100$ from me because they stated it was $550 and I found out it was only $440. Don’t plan to come here
