Noah was courteous, considerate, prompt, honest, and listened well. After diagnostic I could have replaced the part, but because of his attitude and professionalism I wanted him to have the business. 10/10 would recommend.

They were very responsive to our needs. All work was performed timely and efficiently. Kevin, our service tech, and Jennifer, in the office, were especially professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using the company again for future ac needs.

After coming home from work I realized my AC was off and not turning back on; my home was up over 80 degrees. After calling many companies, they all were unable to schedule me for same day service due to their busy schedules. However, the receptionist from 3H not only took my call and booked me for the following day but she transferred my issue directly to the owner of the company who called me directly within 10 minutes to trouble shoot over the phone. Within a few minutes the owner talked me through the issue and it was resolved. Quality service, they earned my business in the future based on this alone!

This is an A+ service. From the beginning the sales rep was very professional and honest about the service and product.Technician Alex and Technician Sonnie are very professional and the work is top quality. I met these guys yesterday 11/29/21 when they came to my house and they spent all day working/installing two new HVAC units. These guys are reliable and trustworthy. I’m very happy with their service and I would hire them again.

The #1 most important element in the HVAC world is installation! At 3HAC, we perform analysis before, during, and after a new system is installed. WHY? Because we believe in long-lasting, efficient systems that work, that s why.
New residential systems have a warranty that covers all major parts for 10 years. This means less worry for you! All new installs include a 1 year labor warranty AND a FREE checkup one year later. This is so we can make sure things continue to run smoothly! AND.. that s NOT all.. 3H always registers your equipment with the vendor, so you don t have to!
We are authorized dealers for Trane, Rudd, and Lenox. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us for more information.
Yes. Loud heating and cooling equipment contribute to sound pollution. Although no financial savings are tied to lower sound levels, the sound rating of a cooling system can have a considerable effect on the comfort and enjoyment of your home. The sound level of an air conditioner or heat pump depends on a variety of factors, such as the age and make of the unit, and whether the compressor is insulated or not can contribute to the amount of noise it makes.
Locate the label on the outer surface of the equipment for the manufacture date. If the equipment is less than 10 years old it may have a warranty for residential and under 5 years for commercial, but also it may not be based on the model. Warranty terms and conditions change by the manufacturer and the installing company. 3HAC Experts Heating & Air Conditioning can verify the warranty status of your heating and cooling system.
The most important part of HVAC maintenance aspect is maintaining unrestricted air flows. Dust, dirt, and debris are an HVAC system s worst enemies. Whether it s an indoor or outdoor unit, you must keep all filters clean and heat exchangers and coils free of restrictions. We recommend that your heating and cooling system be checked and serviced twice a year; ideally a spring and autumn tune-up. Also, we recommend that you change your filter regularly, depending on the type of filter you have. This alone can eliminate many of the most common problems that need fixing and can significantly reduce the likelihood of a serious breakdown.
HVAC is short for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. HVAC is most often used to depict the whole heating and cooling system consisting of the duct work, air filters, humidification controls, and registers.

On hotter days, you may notice your unit running for longer periods of time but should still turn itself off once it reaches the desired temperature. A unit that is running non-stop all day could mean there is an issue, such as restricted air flow. A unit that is constantly running could reduce cooling pressure in the coil and cause refrigerant to go back into the coil which could cause internal damage and be a costly fix. Give us a call to have a technician take a look if this happens!
