Brian was great! He did maintenance on our units, informed us of any problems with pictures he took and was extremely knowledgeable about options. When talking about different units for replacements, he was able to list brands, the benefits, how they differ, warranties they would come with and prices. He absolutely gave us the resources we needed to look into replacements. He took his time and was very professional and courteous. It was nice that he wasn’t trying to sell us something but rather inform us of our options.

Yes we can. We have accounts with all manufacturers and can easily work on any and all AC units.
HAHA! Well, I would say that although he may be messy doesn't mean that he is a bad tech. With that said, messy is not acceptable in our organization. Service twice a year is the answer to your question. Most folks are not aware that the manufacturers of HVAC equipment now require you to have regular service in order to keep your warranty in tact.
