Whoever the lady operator was on ext. Last four 6985, she interested my claim statement, as well as hung the phone up in my face , within the first 10 seconds of the call. Very disappointed, very disatisfactory.ba public servant of the Dept should never hang up on a civilian. I am calling for whoever the lady that answered the call 8:38am 4-26

I entered their office (January) to a lady who did not speak English and waited for a wage and hour technician to show up. When she (Michele Hood) finally did, she sat down with me in the lobby and quickly took my complaint. She scribbled on a scratch piece of paper with a pencil. She gave me her card and told me she would help me ASAP. It’s now April and I’ve called her and left multiple voicemails and I’ve emailed her. She has NEVER replied. NEVER! I’m very disappointed in the process.

Ask

I was told not to expect any Monies from my final pay check because they give you sick leave in the beginning of your tenor that is part of your benefits then take then back when you leave. Is that legal??

I have heard that if you are given a lump sum of sick leave at the beginning of your employment and you use it, and not stay for the length of time it would have taken you to accrue that amount of sick time, they will withhold un earned, used, sick time from your final paycheck

Can you be terminated on an allegation?.Before it's actually provened
