Yes! and YES! if your renting - its pretty much an " Uncontrolled exposure" - you can control yourself - sometimes - But others you cannot. from a former landlord I Know. as an Insurance professional Beef up on Liability!
Notice the word "personal". personal Liability covers you- as an individual - so if your dog bites someone - or your friends dog he left at your house for a couple hours Bites someone - that's your Liability. if you spill coffee on someone ( by accident ). get some of these scenarios. covering you personally as you Move around the world. Yes worldwide coverage. and typically the smallest expense on a related Home or tenants or condo policy. Beef up, just in case.
