Owner is super nice and accommodating. Park has it's growing pains...no trees, no picnic tables and lots are to close together.

sorry no we are trying to get some
$500 with that we give $100 of electricity included in the rent fee. about 1000kws .09 cents a kw over that. unless you run electric heaters or A C at 60degrees should be enough
